Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from your billing dashboard — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Annual plans are billed once per year; if you cancel mid-year, you keep access until the renewal date but are not refunded for the unused months.
What’s the difference between Free, Audit, and Bronze?
Free gives you one homepage audit per calendar month so you can try the product. Audit unlocks the full automated technical SEO audit with AI-generated recommendations, re-run automatically every month. Bronze includes everything in Audit plus hands-on work by our team — we manually apply the technical fixes on your homepage and 2–3 main pages. Silver and Gold are not available yet; they return in Q3 2026 and you can join the waitlist now.
What’s included in the Audit tier?
A full technical SEO audit of your site plus AI-generated fix recommendations, delivered automatically. The audit re-runs every month so you can track progress over time. It’s a SaaS subscription — no manual work from our team; everything is generated by AI.
How does Bronze work?
Bronze includes the Audit, then our team manually executes the technical fixes on your homepage plus 2–3 main pages. Once payment goes through, we start within 24 hours of the audit completing and deliver the work directly to your site.
Why are Silver and Gold not available yet?
We’re launching with Audit and Bronze so we can deliver them well from day one. Silver and Gold return in Q3 2026 with broader scope — category/product-page SEO, full-site schema, content, and strategy calls. Join the waitlist on the pricing page and you’ll hear from us as soon as they open.
Why is the annual plan cheaper?
Committing for a year gives us more predictability and reduces churn-related overhead, so we pass roughly 20% of the saving back to you. On Audit that’s €48 a year; on Gold it’s €600 a year. Same product either way — just billed differently.
Will I be charged in my local currency?
Prices on this page are shown in EUR for clarity. At checkout, Stripe automatically converts to your card’s local currency at the live exchange rate, so you see the final amount before paying.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Tier upgrades (Bronze → Silver, or monthly → annual on the same tier) take effect immediately and are prorated. Tier downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are committed for 12 months — they renew yearly and cannot be switched to monthly mid-term.
What happens after I sign up?
You’ll be asked to add the website you want audited. Free and Audit results start running automatically right away. For Bronze, our team gets in touch within 24 hours of audit completion to confirm priorities and schedule the manual work.
