Most AI agencies are American. They can't deliver in Arabic, they don't understand Gulf business culture (relationships > contracts, WhatsApp > email), and their demos sound like Google Translate. I'm different: Arabic fluent, Gulf-focused, technically hands-on. No account managers, no 90-day onboardings — you get me, building the thing, shipping it in days.
I kept watching Gulf SMBs pay American agencies $5K/month for chatbots that couldn't hold a conversation in Arabic. The demos looked great in English. Then a Saudi customer would type "شلونك" and the bot would freeze, default to Modern Standard Arabic, or worse — reply in awkward Egyptian. Owners were paying for tools built for Dallas, deployed in Dubai.
So I built JOEAI. Arabic-first, Gulf-focused, self-serve where possible, custom where it matters. No reselling a US SaaS with a translated landing page. I train every deployment on Khaleeji dialect, wire it into WhatsApp Business API (not email — nobody here uses email for customer service), and price it so an SMB with one branch can afford it. That's the whole pitch.
Not translations of English tools. Voice agents, chatbots, and content engines trained for Gulf Arabic from day one — Khaleeji dialect, code-switching with English, cultural context.
From $49/mo to $999/mo for Gulf SMBs. WhatsApp bots, Instagram automation, voice agents, content gen, inventory AI. Sign up, live in minutes, cancel anytime. No setup calls.
Banks, government, multi-branch retail, regulated industries. $25K+ projects. I design, I build, I deploy. Compliance-aware (SAMA, UAE NESA, Islamic finance).
Sometimes you don't need a tool — you need someone to tell you what's actually broken and whether AI is the right fix. I charge for my time but I don't oversell.
I turn down projects where AI isn't the right answer. I won't sell you a voice agent if your phones already get answered. I won't build a WhatsApp bot if your team replies in under 5 minutes — you don't need automation, you need a better CRM.
Most AI consultants in the region are overselling. They'll take the project, invoice you, and disappear six months in when the thing needs retraining. I'd rather tell you the truth upfront and keep a relationship than close a bad deal. If AI isn't what you need, I'll say so on the first call — and I won't charge for that call.
Who I'm a fit for: Gulf SMBs and mid-market businesses where Arabic customer conversations are a real bottleneck — missed calls, flooded DMs, slow response times. If that's you, book a call.
Arabic AI deployments across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Industries: dental clinics, fashion retail, real estate agencies, restaurant chains, home-services contractors. When I have explicit permission to share specific clients, this page gets updated with real case studies — until then, see composite case studies for representative numbers.
Khaleeji / Gulf dialect. Comfortable in Saudi, Emirati, Qatari, Kuwaiti, Bahraini, Omani accents. Read and write Modern Standard Arabic. Can run a full client meeting in Arabic.
Technical documentation, contracts, international vendor comms. Bilingual code-switch is my default on WhatsApp — same as most of my Gulf clients.
Conversational. Useful for Maghreb crossover projects (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria). Not where I specialize, but available if the project needs it.
Three ways to get started. Pick what fits — no pressure, no upsell, no 30-minute pitch deck.
