Common questions.

How natural does the Arabic actually sound?
I use the best voice stack available today: ElevenLabs for the most expressive Khaleeji voices, Cartesia for ultra-low latency, and OpenAI TTS for fallback. The voices are trained on native Gulf Arabic speakers — a Riyadh or Abu Dhabi caller cannot tell it's AI on a normal call. On the demo call I'll show you live. If the voice doesn't convince you, I won't pretend it does.
Can I use my existing phone number or do I need a new one?
Both options work. Most GCC clients keep their existing UAE / Saudi / Qatar number and forward missed calls (or all calls) to the AI. If you want a fresh local number, I provision one in the country of your choice in under 48 hours.
What dialects — Emirati, Saudi, Gulf, or MSA?
At checkout you pick one of: Emirati, Saudi (Najdi or Hijazi), Qatari, Kuwaiti, or Modern Standard Arabic. I recommend matching your primary customer base's dialect — a Najdi voice for Riyadh, Emirati for Dubai/Abu Dhabi, Hijazi for Jeddah.
Does it handle code-switching (Arabic-English mid-call)?
Yes — this was a dealbreaker for GCC deployment so I built it in. Caller says "Hi, I need موعد tomorrow" and the AI follows the switch naturally. No awkward "please speak only in English" like old IVRs.
SAMA / UAE Central Bank compliance (banking context)?
For basic SMB use this isn't relevant. If you're a bank, insurance, or regulated fintech, I deploy in a private cloud in KSA or UAE, with full audit logs, encryption at rest, SAMA CSF alignment, and NESA UAE Information Assurance alignment. That's a custom project, not a subscription — book a call.
How are call transcripts stored?
Transcripts stored encrypted (AES-256) in region (UAE / KSA data centers). 90-day default retention for audio, indefinite for text transcripts unless you enable auto-delete. GDPR + UAE PDPL compliant. You can export or delete anything from the dashboard.
